Job Summary
We are seeking experienced professionals across multiple disciplines to support major semiconductor construction projects in Singapore, including Senior Construction Program Managers, Senior Construction Supervisors, Senior Cost Control/QS, and Document Controllers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction programs to ensure timely and quality delivery of semiconductor projects.
- Supervise construction activities to maintain compliance with safety and project standards.
- Control and monitor project costs through detailed quantity surveying and cost analysis.
- Manage and organize project documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Apply extensive construction project experience to solve challenges and optimize workflows in semiconductor construction contexts.
- Minimum of 10 years of construction project experience.

Experience in semiconductor construction projects is preferred to enhance project effectiveness.
Tool Install Project Coordinator
The Tool Install Project Coordinator bridges manufacturing and construction, keeping tool installations on schedule from design through close-out. The role covers design and construction tracking, field layout, documentation and cost validation, and coordination of equipment sign-offs and utility turn-ons.
Tool Install Project Coordinator
- Liaise between manufacturing and construction.
- Attend design reviews.
- Schedule Management – ensure tools are released on time.
- Track / Manage tool design, VMP, LSP and As-Built from design to close-out.
- Manage / Track construction progress in TIQ system.
- Ensure that General Contractor is tracking to the latest CCM and MICAP releases in their construction schedule.
- Validate / ensure that all test packs are present and accurate for Tool Owners to be able to perform Equipment sign offs at SL1 and SL2 on schedule.
- Cost sheet validation.
- Field layout management with IE and Tool Owners.
- Manage / Track datum and mylar markings and floor cutting.
- Manage / Track CRIs, SCRs and Field Instructions.
- Coordinate tool utility turn-ons with Superintendent, Manufacturing and turn on teams.
- Salary will commensurate with experience.
Environmental Health and Safety Manager
The appointed EHS Manager for the project shall have the responsibilities for overall project EHS management, including ensuring that the contractor EHS management system is implemented and maintained for the project. The Construction EHS Manager must hold a EHS engineering or equivalent qualification and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in new large manufacturing facility construction.

The Tool Install Construction Coordinator is the on-the-ground link between the general contractor and client for all tool install construction, from tool dock through final handover, reporting to the Tool Install Project Coordinator. The role covers pedestal checks, pre-fac walk downs, field layout and marking verification, utility turn-on coordination, equipment sign-off readiness at SL1 and SL2, and final cost sheet re-measure and validation.
